By using TheGroceries, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

TheGroceries is a grocery list app that lets you create lists, share them with others, and sync across devices.

3. Use License

You can use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. Don't hack it, reverse engineer it, or use it for business without permission.

4. User Conduct

Use the app responsibly. Don't break laws, hack our systems, or share inappropriate content.

5. Your Content

You own your shopping lists. We only store and process them to provide the service to you. You're responsible for what you create.

6. Intellectual Property

We own the app and its design. Don't copy our trademarks or logo without permission.

7. Privacy

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using our Services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Third-Party Services

Our Services may contain links to or integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party services. Your use of such services is at your own risk.

9. Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is". We try to keep it running smoothly but can't guarantee it will always work perfectly or that all suggestions will be accurate.

10. Limitation of Liability

We're not responsible for any indirect damages or data loss. Since the app is free, our maximum liability is limited to $50.

11. Indemnification

You're responsible for your use of the app and any problems that arise from violating these terms.

12. Modifications to Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time, with or without notice. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts or all of the Services.

13. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or by other means. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Termination

We can suspend your access if you violate these terms. You can stop using the app anytime by deleting it. When terminated, we may delete your stored data.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TheGroceries operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

16. Dispute Resolution

If you have a problem, please contact us first at support@thegroceries.app. We'll try to work it out. Disputes must be resolved individually, not as part of a class action.

17. General

These terms and our Privacy Policy are the complete agreement. If any part is invalid, the rest still applies. You can't transfer your rights; we can.
